Q6: my chest workout is 3 sets of bench 8 reps of 135 i do it every single week now for 2 months why don't I look any bigger?
A: the key is progressions, you need to progressively lift heavier and heavier weights every workout whether it be more weight or more reps always strive to do more than you did last time you stepped in the gym
