Switching up training a bit. Maybe the achy R/C was my body telling me something, who knows. I'm going to take it easy for a bit and try to progress the weight load week by week and go by "feel". Today's w/o was a very light "getting the feel of things" session, but in the same hand it felt to be very productive. I so desperately wanted to load on the plates, yet I was able to keep my Ego in check and stick with the plan. It's an hour Post w/o and no aches or pains as of yet.
