Here's the deal...
Run a supplement or training log with at least 20 quality entries over a 30 day period, and MAB will give you $20 in free supplements.
--MAB will pay for
one supplement or training log per individual every 6 months.
--MAB will pay for a maximum of 2 logs per year per individual.
--MAB will pay for only one training log per person per year.
To collect:
A) Run your log
B) When the 20 quality entries are done, PM "BendtheBar"
C) Collect $20 in supplements.
This promo begins July 15th, 2009. Sorry, pre-existing logs do not qualify.
Also, If you refer someone who posts a log and collects $20, MAB will give you $10 in free supplements.

Post count - You must have a minimum of
250 posts to qualify.
2)
Quality log - Clarification - A quality log contains detail, and more than a handful of sentences. MAB reserves the right to disqualify any log if it seems half-hearted.
