Workout A 11/25
Squat- 3x5x150
Bench- 3x5x120
Rows- 3x5x100
Curls- 2x8x50
I felt a little rushed at the gym so it wasn't the best day... squats up by 5 bench by 5 rows by 5 and curls up by 2.5 for next workout
