DYNAMIC EFFORT LOWER

Squats against red bands, adding approximately 45kg's at lockout. All sets done with minimum rest, concentrating on speed and forcing my knees out at the bottom.

Trained alone again tonight which meant absolute minimum rest. This combined with the deep heat on my stiff back and knees meant I was sweating up an absolute storm by the end. Almost puked during and after the RDL's. Good times. Brutal lower back pump and overall a pretty good session
