My absolute favorite lift is the deadlift, and this guy just explained all of my troubles and how to deadlift even better. Holy Cow.
I loved how he explained all the different quadrants and how they are supposed to work together. I always just grabbed, flattenend my back and drove up, and it's true he shows essentially the same thing, but he explains why and what muscles, as well as a lot more than that.
I can now see some flaws in my own movement, my absolute best strength movement mind you, in these videos. Thank you very much. I am going to get stronger because of this.
