this is what I am doing for my next training regime. I haven't decided between my own structure for bench progression, and the Russian bench program
Day 1: Russian bench program or LIME program, CG burndown set, skull crushers, DB bench and press, lats
Day 2: Off
Day 3: LIME squat program, a couple sets partial squats, linear progression pendlay rows, calves, chins ups, core
Day 4: Russian bench program/ or LIME program, CG burndown set, triceps, delts
Day 5: Off
Day 6: LIME FS, deficit deadlift, halting deadlift, biceps, hammys, core
Day 7: off
