Problem is the general population sees a fitness model/ripped athlete and believes they are a scaled down version of a bodybuilder, and therefore, they must have an easier approach.

If they aren't willing to live the lifestyle it is almost impossible to reach their goals. Fitness models and athletes work just as hard to look like they do
