On another note, I need to get serious with the diet. Last few months I have been eating too less, and outside most of the time. Got back on track today with milk, nuts and oats for breakfast, a large chicken salad for lunch, noodles, tuna and garlic bread + milk PWO, and milk + 6 scrambled eggs for dinner.
