I don't have any particular dislike problem with musclegroups, I just don't do some exercises (from any of the musclegroups) because they are not usefull or are totally waste of time in my opinion, not just that I don't like them.
I choose my exercises this way, and I had to put away some exercises that I liked a bit.
And sometimes I don't do some exercises or exercise a particular bodypart, because I feel I don't need to, like calves for example.
I'm against the use of Smith machine, either for Squats or other movements.
And some other machines too.
I'm mostly lean-to free weights.
