Biceps and abs. I don't train abs. Hate them. And biceps...just don't really care. I have biceps that look like a potato (no peak), but I have thick triceps. I'd rather spend my time on the horseshoe.
And calves. Never train them. They are such a genetics controlled muscle. Those with large calves rarely need any calf work. Those with small calves often kill themselves for little growth.
