Me too. I just recently added a couple sets of straight bar curls at the end of squat day in hopes that it will help my deads. I mostly rely on chins and pull-ups/downs for my bicep work.
Abs. Fuck those things. lol
My least favorite lift is probably bent over row. I rarely do them but make up for it by doing inverted rows, 1 arm DB rows, and ass tons of deads, and chins/pull-ups
