Leg Extentions-- 115x20/ 115x20/ 115x20/ 130x15/ 140x15
Leg Press-- 320x20/ 260x20/ 400x15
Squat-- 135x10/ 135x10/ 225x5/ 315x1-- ouch, squats just didnt fell right tonight, oh well there is always thrusday
