Took 1 serving of AR w/ 16 oz. low cal gaterade last night to the gym for intraworkout... hoping to see less DOMS from this... will be able to gage its effectiveness through my triceps... they were sore going into last nights arm day from mondays pressing... if they are real sore on saturday i will try 1/2 intra and 1/2 post workout... if they feel good i will keep it intra workout
