Good workout today, first back session in about 2 weeks so I kept the volume low enough so to be able to tie my shoes tomorrow lol... Went heavy, stacks stopped at the weights I used for the row and lat pull, so nice and heavy YET nice and manageable (i.e. no dead lifting to expose my injury-prone self to another back shattering issue)...
The sauna's good bruthamen, I suggest looking into it... I researched, and if done correctly, it forces the bloodflow away from your vital organs and causes the body to excrete toxins, thus making you healthier and also having an anti-aging effect on your skin... Not to mention I sweat out about 4oz. of water while in there haha...
Cardio sessions were at 20minutes for a few weeks, and I bumped it to 40minutes about 5 days ago...Today I decided to scale it back so not to drop too much too fast! Between the eating cleaner, the sauna and the cardio I think I need to monitor how much I drop and at what pace...2lb a week is my goal, should be a very lean 280-285lb'er, which is pretty f*ckin' sweet... So I scaled cardio back to 25minutes per session, steady heart rate of 138-140bpm and a total calorie burning of roughly 250cals a session... Likely burn another 200 cals a session training (give or take), so if I brun an average of 500 calories a day, that be a pound a week (of fat loss, disregard the weight of water dropped as well)... On track to my goals.
Ain't nuthin to it but to do it babay's!!!!
