All I have to say is that if a small boned, small wrist, skinny-fat guy like me can bench 400+ and reach his max potential, anyone can achieve more then they expect.

Believing is step 1.

Powerlifter Eric Talmant, who I've interviewed and had the pleasure of speaking with, has deadlifted over 635 at a bodyweight of 181. Natural, of course.
