I'm 66" tall, and my wrist are right 7 1/16", left is 7.25". My left wrist has a plate and screws in it though. So I'll say my right wrist is more accurate.
What does all this mean. Yes there are limits to what we can do, but we are all unique. Go out and train. Train hard, and add weight to the bar. Progression is your king. Work with what you have, and develop your body to it's potential. I'll develop my body to it's potential. In the end we will look different but we will still be Brothers in iron.
Now give me a set of 20 rep squats for good measure.
