I try to look for everyone, this is the main reason I don't post a ton in your guys logs. I'm just to busy reading
BUT the number one log I go to first is Mr Rich Knapp dude is a freak if you haven't noticed, BTB, Gaspers, SO and I could go on like everyone else.

Obviously ME come on!! Really though Mr Rich Knapp takes this one again, sick or not the man conyinues to crush weight every day.

Again ME!!! Ok maybe not, Rich you got it again buddy.

OK now I'm going to start sounding like a broken record, BTB and Rich.

I'm gonna go with the MABers that I have already mentioned but most importantly everyone here, with out you guys MAB wouldn't be where it is today! Keep pushing everyone and SFW!!!!
