It's been a while since I have been on here. Here is today workout log.
Tri's
3 sets 6-10 reps pushdowns
3 sets 8-10 reps kickbacks
3 sets 8-10 reps tri extensions
Bi's
3 sets 10-12 reps alt db curls
3 sets 10-12 reps seated cable bi curls
Shoulders
4 sets shoulder press 2 sets with 20 lbs. 2 sets with 25 Lbs
3 sets rear delt machine 1st set 80 lbs 10 reps 2nd 110 lbs 8 reps 3rd set 140 6 reps.
