Workout Pull hypertrophy
Deadlift- 135x12, 185x5, 235x5x3 *
Chins- bw x6, 20x6, 20x7, 20x6**
Incline DB curls- 25x12, 27.5x8, 30x10x2
* Tried to change form up some on last work set. i'll post the vid. i think it made it worse

Recently i have lost my appetite. today i realized its due to medicine i'm on for a sinus infection (over the sickness, but still have to finich bottle o' pills). This lack of eating is whats been making me dead this week at the gym. i've probably only been eating 3200 instead of 4000.
