I would definitely see a doctor man, I have had shoulder problems serious separations of both and without the rehab exercises I do not think they would have healed properly and as quickly. Especially since this is a recurring incident, you could be making it worse.

In my opinion, shoulders are nothing to mess around with, they are a delicate and important joint.
