here is my current routine which i will be using until the end of november. its 3x a week
A
Front squat- 2x10, 1x15+
Shoulder press- 2x5, 1x5+
Power cleans- 2x3, 1x3+
Accessory work
Grip work- 1x10-20
B
DL- 2x3, 1x5+
Incline Bench press- 2x5, 1x5+
BB row- 2x5, 1x5+
Accessory work
Weighted situp- 1x10-20
Accessory work is where i usually just throw in my odd isolation exercise, like stuff for arms, or a lagging bodypart
