Rock on. I actually want to write (or feature) an entire series of MAB workouts that we can smack together in an uber thread.
Workouts for boys that want to become men, and aren't afraid to crap out a kidney while squatting.
Maybe instead of calling it a York re-write, we can brand some workouts under the MAB name...like the MAB Courses for power and muscle...or something like that. Something that doesn't imply oil and shaving, but rather red meat, hard work and results...
