I know exactly what you mean. I was having so much fun when I was able to do cleans. The act of picking the bar off the ground and putting it overhead is just so pure.

I was thinking today, that I would like to re write the old york courses and have some very simple programs utilizing minimal bench work, and mainly just a bar and weights.
