Go se a physioterapeut (or naprapat or chiro) that is specialized in sports injuries, thats my best advice. Even if it may cost you some, its money well spent since you have got many years of squatting ahead of you.
Untill you have sorted this out, i would advice you to take it easy on the squat, even if it sucks you will earn in the long run.
