My slant...there is no point in doing ab work if it's not going to involve progressive resistance, unless you are training to maintain current ab size - which is certainly acceptable.
If you want thick, popping abs, you need to find a way to challenge them just like any other muscle group.
Why is it that 50 rep bicep and chest sets are seem as "endurance" lifts, yet 50 rep ab sets are God's gift to ab size?
