Alright so took 3 pills today, I kept pushing off the AM cardio. Already got leg DOMS :/
So this is how the cardio plan worked today:
10 minute HIT - heart rate 158-168 (0-10 minutes)
8 minutes MIT - heart rate 135-148ish (10-18 minutes)
7 minutes LIT - heart rate 127-131 (18-25 minutes)
I felt awesome, cardio was good even with my legs hurting.
