Anyone jump on the chance to go to Elite FTS for the Dave Tate seminar?
I missed the memo, saw it literally an hour after it was sold out. I am outraged with myself for this. Our Gym owner got himself a spot and I couldnt believe it he rubbed it in the entire training session today. Those who are going, it should be an amazing experience.
