Most of the document, along with his previous ones, tell us a lot about his coaching experience. Cues that don't work with people, exercise descriptions which are just a little bit off, and so on.

This blog entry is most telling. 4.39% of his income comes from his online "coaching." 'Nuff said, really. He's not a coach, he's an online marketer.
