I would say 2010 was good for my training I can't say I hit all my goals for the year but I made some respectable gains.
DL 305, My first lift over 300 lbs, and 2011 looks to be good on this one
squat 215 5x5, I wanted to do 2x my BW for the 5x5 and was just shy of it
Finally got over 100 lbs on the OHP for a 5x5 set.
And my biggest accomplishment, shaving 45 seconds off my personal best time in the firefighter combat challenge, clearly due to my increased strength. I'm uber excited to start training after the 1st of the year for the upcoming season.
