But i think that i going to build my routine about the Squat Deadlift Bench Press and the Press,just like big swede said.

Then it's gonna like something like this.

Sunday: Press day + assistance
Monday: Squat day + assistance
Wednesday: Bench day + assistance
Friday: Deadlift day + assistance

For the moment i think this is the best option,because at the moment i have a knee injurie.
Three squat sessions in a week at this moment don't feel right for me
I used to do something like that myself. In fact, I'm working my way back to that format. Very good. Keep your focus on the main lift for the day, and don't sweat the assistance work. Afterall, its just that...assistance. Start a log and run with this for a while.
