Sometimes you just need to turn a page mentally. I'm there right now. I'm rolling with fullbody workouts, but struggling with lack of sleep and my oldest daughter's (non-serious) but taxing health problem.
Since I have been dubbed the
Bearded Beast if Duloc, I thought I would run with it. After all, you only get some many chances to cling to a great nickname.

Great energy tonight. Lots of whooping and woos. Everything was a fullbody routine PR, including 20 rep squats. No big whoop, but a step forward.
