Steve, is this good for hypertrophy? Seems so......once I'm done with this cut, I may give this a go. Looks really good!

Yes it's very good for muscle building. I actually wrote it for myself as more of a hypertrophy program to be used in between heavier periods of strength-focused training.

After my meet next month, I may do the same. Just need to make a few equipment changes, 20 rep squats for leg press, etc...
