I like the look of this - I've been looking for a solution to training squats/deads more frequently without breaking myself, this looks like it might be good for me.

Will be interesting to see what happens though, I generally feel like Im going to die after a decent round of squats, so don't know how it will affect my bench...

I'm giving this a try. I have been doing full body for the last three months. I'm gonna finish out my full body and take a week off (Recovery).

I like the sample template provided, I plan on adding Calves and Power shrugs to the routine. Also will switch out the arnolds for regular DB presses.

I plan on starting a new log when I start this routine.
