Default Workout Spreadsheets

I'm starting this tread for those who have Excel spreadsheet versions of their workouts they'd like to share with the MaB community.

If you're like me and you like the convenience of having someone more experienced than you make a workout program for you, and all you want to do is just print your program out and go to work, spreadsheets are the way to go.

I'll start this thread with the FULLBODY workout program I'm on now. The only changes I made to the original (superior) program was I switched rows and deadlifts with each other (I'll change them back for the next cycle). I also added 2 or 3 assistance exercises that are not written on the spreadsheet. I've made enormous gains over the last few weeks on this program and I highly recommend it.
