Cool rowing. But even cooler seeing a guy that's not afraid to gain weight while trying to get bigger.

He put the weight on with slow increases in cals post show and maintains at that level. He don't ever go above 20% B/F because its just that much more he has to drop for a show making the cut a LONG cut and sacrifices LBM in doing so. He looks heavey but thats because he gets stupid ripped for shows plus he is over all a BIG boy.. He is a freind of mine and 3DMJ team mate. ;)

I don't know why people think BBer are always ripped. We arn't between shows, but we don't go above 20% eather as a norm. I know people will post some that do but thats fine with me let them. I know thats a select few or a org that is a very lenient band list and they can use harder stuff to get ripped and keep muscle mass.
