3:00 and 6:51 are very good examples of massive raw bench presses where the lifter over exaggerates his 'separation':

Concentrate on rowing the bar towards your chest instead of lowering it. Row it like you were barbell rowing, tightening the lats and pulling the shoulders back.

I also like to think about turning my flat bench into a decline.
