Hm... checking out the YT channel, there seems to be a legs session there with him repping 170kg on what looks like low bar. Not too shabby, really.

Probably has legs. Dunno what balance there is, or isn't. But still.

(This is the first time I've even heard of him - could be he's just a complete joke or whatever, for all I know.)

As he says, scheduling is important... he makes it a priority to schedule flexing sessions every 2-5 minutes.

It's well known, since the movie, "Pumping Iron," that regular flexing helps to define muscles and make them show better.
