He's putting more and more videos of the kids he's training, very cool/inspirational to watch..

I'll have to try these, work on mental toughness.. low height but unstable.. the kid breaks down like I do with higher box jumps, may help me break through.

For athletes, good templates...

Shoulder mobility..

#1 exercise for linear speed.. and I can attest to that, my box jumping helped lifting my legs higher when running, which translates in bigger strides, more explosiveness, basically.. faster!

Great cue there.. plan your steps, not doing the happy feet before jumping..
