i was thinking what about a video on sleep how much sleep you really need to maximase muscle building and and how quickly should one get there first meal down like as soon as get up or lilke a hour later, clearing up the truths and myths about this sort of stuff.

Might not be something you would like to do but considering you train Erin with great returns id be interested in hearing your views on resistance training for teens and the difference in training methods between boys and girls.....if there are any
