Using Leg Drive to Increase the Bench Press

I put my legs out as wide as possible, as far back as possible, on my toes and drive my heels toward the floor during the entire lift.

Yep, me too. I try to plant my heels on the floor though. The net effect of the leg drive is almost like an isometric leg extention. I can end a bench session with "rubber legs." Admittedly, I still don't have the whole lift mastered, but leg drive was something that I used to find difficult to comprehend, now its just part of my set-up for the lift.

Very good video.
