Tips for gaining weight

One 5-layer beefy cheese burrito has 550 calories.

Eat 4 a day for only $3.88 in total.

Do that for one week and its 15,400 extra calories for only $27.16.

That equals to about 4.4lbs, so stop complaining you can't gain weight pansies.

I didn't even factor in the double stacks and double cheeseburgers in yet either.

I freakin hate when people ask me how to gain weight and the first thing I ask them is how much they eat, they say, "oh I eat a lot, like 3 times a day"

some people just dont get it

My problem is I can gain weight just by thinking about it. Eat, eat and after you do that then you eat.

Haha, why don't people get that there's only 1 way to really gain more weight. I never go to bed without a box of cookies or party size bag of chips within an arms reach (Casein is expensive).

^ I support this post. (and thread)

And if Taco Bell gets you down, try 4 McDoubles. $4, 1560 calories, 88 grams of protein.

Double stacks are far superior in taste to the 5-layer beefy cheese burritto from the Bell, which is only superior in name.

I skip Taco Bell completely and put a pound of ground beef w/taco seasoning on a bed of tortilla chips, then add cheese, nacho cheese and peppers.

Bam!

I LOVE MY DOUBLE-STACKS the original WEIGHT GAINER as far as I am concerned Ehubbs, don't worry I am still married to Wendy's. I preferred the STACK ATTACKS, as they had a moar real meaning to what is going to inevitably happen.

Don't forget 1$ double cheese burgers @ BK. No excuses:chow:

Funny we are talking about this, I stopped at mcdonalds the few past days and picked up 2 cheeseburgers each time for the extra calories.

BendtheBar 03-08-2010 10:17 PM

My tip for gaining weight...whole milk and almonds. Healthy and packed with calories.
