Peanut butter by the shovel load!! I wish I could buy it in 5 gallon buckets. Fast food is the best weight gainer ever, cheap and effective. The perfect tool

Peanut butter lets you consume way more milk. I used to drink quarts of milk from 7/11 when they were just 1$ everyday in the street casually as if it was water, consuming up to a gallon a day, no joke. Its sad I don't drink milk as much anymore because I just gain too much weight.

in b4 heart attacks :P

I'm all for really clean bulking. Milk, eggs, peanut butter, ground beef, cottage cheese, olive oil, nuts, coconut oil, etc. I don't believe you need to feed your body crap just to put on weight.

Well said, Christine. A lot of people do not know how to set a a diet correctly in order to gain wieght in an efficent manner. So when the person is not gaining weight, they turn to ****ty food, which screws them in the long run piling on a lot of fat.

Exactly ^^

I'm helping my brother gain right now (ectomorph physique) and he's put on a good 8 pounds eating HEALTHY foods in the right manner. I think anyone can do it, but they figure, "Well, I'm trying to gain weight, and my genetics/metabolism help me eat anything, so it doesn't matter". Bull****! You don't see what's going on INSIDE your body when you feed it crap all the time, but it'll catch up to you eventually. I think it's just an excuse for people to eat whatever they want. Anyone can hide behind the mask of, "I'm bulking".

interesting article, towards the end he talks about his eating habits...I think this is why a couple of us have been going for large pizzas after working out

Oh, god! Please. When you carry larger amounts of lean body mass, it is much much harder to eat clean and gain weight. Especially if you have an ulcer. I hear what you are saying but to bemoan someone who endulges in a little calorie dense food here and there is a little short sided. Besides, dont you weight 165? Don't make me call you out, ala Matt Rhodes. Let us fatties enjoy or cake and eat yours too.

P.S. Tony - Since I know you live close to BJs I HIGHLY recommend the Wellesley Farm Chocolate Chunk Cookies. To further enhance your tasty treat, remember to microwave those little ****ers for 15-20 sec.
