Would you agree that programming doesn't matter as long as you maximize every set and give the main lifts 100%?

"Them powerlifters, they don't have no muscle." If I'm being honest, I have performed about 30 sets for arms over the last 5 years. I might do direct forearm work some day. Being a little facetious here, obviously, but I just want younger lifters to know that consistency and progression even without a lot of direct isolation work pays off.
