Two different BMI charts, weight/Hip to waist ratio.

One rates me Obese the other I'm on the opposite end of the chart, Low risk.

Once again Squats are the answer.
Web Md needs to put Squats as the number 1 cure all, finally put an end to all illnesses.

So I went and checked what mine was at currently, 36.5
Only 2.5 more to go until I hit Bear Mode!!!!!

My path is now clear. Bacon wrapped steak every meal until I hit a new BMI PR!!
