Wendler 5/3/1 App
Just wanted to share with you guys the Wendler 5/3/1 app I found in the Apple Itunes app store.
It is a pretty basic app that calculates your 1rm, calculates the weight you need to do on your ramping sets and working sets for your 5/3/1 sets and it logs your 5/3/1 sets so that you may track your progress. And best off all it's free.
I have it on my Ipad, but it is also offered on the Iphone and the Droid.
I have found this app to be very useful for myself.
