Great effort Josh. Looking lean and mean too! Loved the cat cameo too.

Your deadlifts look exactly like mine, btw. So when you fix yours tell me so I can fix mine. One thing I am trying is to really concentrate on pulling "back" more than "up" among other things. Also, I don't really even think about my hip height anymore. I just pull myself down to the bar and when I start to feel the weight of the bar, I just go. Doing that, I have gotten more consistent with hitting the same spot with my hips ironically. Hope that helps you some.

Jim, thank you so much for the advice. I am going to give sumo's a try this week. I will report back how it goes. I would also like to continue to work with my conventional form, but I need to see if sumo's come more natural. Thanks for the great advice!

Thanks Mike. I will give that a try when I get back to working on conventional deadlifts. Seems like some solid advice.

Squat looked decent to me from that angle as well Big J! Thought I saw some slight lean, but not anything to be concerned about. Well done with the light-ish squats!

Thanks Jim. I think that lean is a reoccuring problem. I believe you will see it more pronounced when I use heavier weights.
