Nice and strong squatting Josh! And you just killed bench day brah! Really sucks about the back but I honestly do feel your pain. Sounds like we have a very similar dodgy back issue. Hope the doc can get you straightened out relatively quickly!

Sorry, I haven't been logging. I haven't missed any sessions. I am having to modify my lower body workouts because I can't back squat or deadlift. I will get them posted up tonight (hopefully). Here is a video from friday morning's session.

Nice benching!

Hope your back problems get resolved soon. Hopefully, it won't turn to be anything that bad that you can't work around. I saw in the other thread that you're getting mixed advice from lots of different directions. I think you have wait and see how this shakes out. Still a lot more information to be found out and who knows where this will go in the end.

Notes:
Still dealing with disc degeneration disease. Back squats are definitely out. Front squats will probably soon be out. Here a couple hours after the session, my lower back is already feeling uncomfortable. Still though, I push forward.
I have a follow up with the dr on Monday morning. I am waiting until after this follow up to start physical therapy. I anticipate that he will refer an MRI.

Just another note, even though I haven't been logging I haven't missed sessions and have still been going hard. As far as my lower body work goes, I have had to get creative, but I am making it work.
