Thanks Jim. All you have to do to look like a bowflex model is use a bowflex for 12 weeks.

Notes:
Was only supposed to use 150 for my top OHP set today, but the gym I was at didn't have 2.5lb plates so I had to jump up to 155. Hit it for a pretty easy double. I had more in the tank but didn't want to push it.

Incline Bench has progressed a bit.
As did the lat pulldown.

Kicked the lying tricep extensions up 10lbs. Once again, I would have only went up 5 but they didn't have 2.5lb plates.

Overall It was a good workout. I am really feeling the progress of the assistance work.
Next week is a scheduled deload, but i think I'm going to skip the deload for the first cycle. So instead of doing it my 4th week I'll do it my 7th, and I'll most likely deload every 4th week from there on out.

Nice work but with how high your bench is, I am sure you have a LOT more in you on the incline bench.

With lower volume I agree, I have a lot more in my incline, but at this high volume, not so much. The first 2 sets feel very light, but by the time I get to set 3 it starts getting really hard. And since it's just assistance work, there is really no need to push it.

Notes:
Good session. This is my 5/3/1 week. I was able to pull 2 over my goal on my top deadlift set. And it was pretty easy. I am very pleased with this. My deadlift feels much better than it has in recent memory.

Rest of the session felt very solid. I was able to get it done around the 45 minute mark.
