Default 3/26/13 Cycle 11 Week 3 OHP

Haven't been logging. I usually log in the evenings at home, after work. But I've been busy putting sprinklers in the backyard and preping it for landscaping. I haven't missed any training, just haven't been logging. I thought about posting back sessions when I get a chance, but meh, don't want to. I may hit and miss on logging for a while. Sorry.

Notes:
I'm a bit under the weather, but I don't think it impacted my session to much this morning. Hit 2 reps over my rep goal, so I was happy with that.

I am still eating low carb (since early Novemeber). My weight loss has slowed, but my body composotion continues to improve and my clothes continue to fit different. It is a bit frustrating that the scale isn't cooperating, but I can't deny the fact that I am still changing. I guess that's par for the course?

Sounds like your burning it at both ends right now. Glad your keeping up with your training you sound very dedicate in for the long haul.
I'm doing carb-backloading reluctantly and when I stick to it can see results its tough on strength levels thats the toughest thing.
Hope you get back to feeling 100% soon.

I hear ya wrt the scale, as my weight has plateaued as well, yet I look better and leaner in the mirror. I guess the mirror and how we feel is a better gauge of how were doing! Ban those stupid scales!

Nice job in and out of the training room Big J! Pretty cool owning your own house isn't it!

That is for sure! I have never been this busy in my life.
Thanks man. Yeah, low carb has nothing on a see food diet as far as strength is concerned!

Thanks KD. Yeah, man, i'm going and going. Today for example. I wake up at 4:30, start lifting around 5ish, get done, eat breakfast real fast go to work all day, come home, throw off my shirt, go outside and till and level dirt until dinner. Scarf down dinner, go to Lowes to buy some other sprinklers, because the ones I bought suck.... And here I am now, finally butt to couch time...

I think the weight stall is par for the course. I mean I know I'm still losing. My weight belt is on the last hole as of this morning. On one hand this is good, on the other, it is bad....
